People
Jim Park is involved with business development initiatives for Monitor Networks. In his role, Jim is managing a number of activities related to development of new services, client and partner relationship management, and sales. Jim has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, primarily in the areas of strategy, innovation, and organizational design. As a manager at Capgemini Ernst & Young, Jim worked with Global 1000 clients from various industries including energy, financial services, life sciences, and manufacturing. At Capgemini’s research unit, the Center for Business Innovation, Jim also helped build a number of multi-client research communities in the areas of electronic commerce, knowledge management, and innovation. Most recently, Jim was a senior account director at PAREXEL Consulting, an organization that provides regulatory, manufacturing compliance, and process optimization services to life sciences companies. At PAREXEL, Jim managed many of the firm’s largest accounts including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, and Sanofi-Avenits. Jim’s experience also includes leading strategy and business development initiatives for the conferences’ division of Jupiter Media Metrix. Early in his career, Jim was a special assistant at the U.S. Department of Labor, where he managed corporate outreach programs. Jim has a B.S. (summa cum laude) in psychology from Ball State University and an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from the George Washington University. |
