Tanya Giovacchini is a Monitor Networks affiliate and a senior member of the Monitor Networks leadership team. She is responsible for day-to-day coordination of the group's operations and strategy. Tanya brings over 25 years of business strategy and marketing consulting experience to Monitor Networks. Most recently, Tanya was the VP of Marketing for Cetacean Networks, a next generation networking technology start-up. She was responsible for marketing, strategy and product management. Prior to her years at Cetacean Networks, Tanya spent 14 years as a Vice President with Mercer Management Consulting most recently coordinating the NA Communications, Information and Entertainment (CIE) Industry practice and directed its marketing efforts. Earlier in her career Tanya consulted with Cresap McCormick & Paget and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

The majority of her consulting career has been focused on consulting to technology companies, service providers and professional service firms about their marketing and business strategy and organizational alignment.

Tanya has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of California at Berkeley.
